I am not a buyer but...
If you are planning on using them for a Point Break it is always a great value to buy these points. In Hongkong where room rates are always very high, IHG points are a good bet for cheap redemption. Check first if you have availablity in the Hotels you want to use before buying. I don't recommend hoarding points.
