"Kids for Profit"

When I first joined @familyprotection I wrote a series of post detailing how children were used to generate wealth by processing thousands of them through the fostering and adoption services. Many children (approx 1000 per week in the UK) are subjected to forced adoption orders and while it is hard to ascertain the reasons for this I would say with confidence that a large percentage are unnescesarry and unlawful.

One of the main facilitators in this system are the private companies who work with local councils to supply foster carers for a fee. The main company involved in this racket is opne named FCA(Foster Care Assosiates) and they featured heavily in my series of posts, aptly titled "Kids for Profit". So it should come as no surprise to me that this profit driven business is also featuring in the current IICSA hearing, particularily when the victims, aka Core Participants or CP for short, are giving their accounts to the independant panel. Last Friday was no exeption and I will take a moment to thank the CP who spoke so eliquently while describing his life of torture. Although this man had been taken out of a home that the Guardian newspaper described as "The most disfunctional family in Britain" he was then cast into an equally dark world, thanks only to Nottinghamshire City Council.

The will to survive

"In places like Beechwood carehome, where many children were abused, you are in a group and may be able to find some form of solice, but in Fostercare you are alone and if your carers are abusive you have nobody to turn to. The abuser therefore has unltimate power over your life"

Before I go any further with this story I would like to take a moment to clarify a very significant point.
The IICSA is looking into historical child abuse but that does not mean these attrosities happened in the days of Black & white TV, Howdy Doody or even The A-team. The case I speak of is one that happened in this millenium and even to this day Nottingham City council are still abusing this CP his rights. He has been questioned by the police in 2006, 2007 & 2009 and all to no avail. In fact the only reason that Nottingham City council have given an official appology was because they discovered that this victim was going to participate in the IICSA as a CP. Near the end of his testimony he poured scorn on the council and their hollow appology, even urging us all to ignore it. This is sound advice and something I hope that everyone will listen to. The only reason this man has recieved his records from the city council is because they were forced to and that they learned of him being a CP. Up until a week before he took the stand they were actively trying to decieve him and even tried to convince him that he had no rights to ask for them. Fortunately for him and ourselves, this man has remained strong and managed to educate himself to a high degree, so the councils tricks fell on deaf ears and the CP eventually dragged his records from their vaults. Sadly, this was only done a week before this CP took to the stand and his mis-treatment by the council continues on, even after they subjected him to a life of physical and sexual abuse at the hands of his own family and then the foster carer he was placed with on the British Isle of White.

F70, as he is now known, was a foster carer who gained the right to foster and adopt children via a private company named FCA. The FCA were paid £800 per week to keep this CP in the care of F70 and nowadays they are paid £3000 for the very same practice, although only a third of this fee is paid to the carer and the rest is spent elsewhere. In the CP's own words it is predominantly spent on "shiney cars and lavish lifestyles" for those employed at the FCA. When the FCA learned of the accusations of abuse carried out by F70, they saw fit to close down any investigation as this was obviously going to affect their profit margins and also cast doubt on their ability to vet the carers who they employed to foster children all across the UK. To this very day the FCA are thriving and still demand more and more cash from the government, which I have also reported on in a recent post for @familyprotection.


While the council and the FCA are busy wiping the blood from their hands I would like to also shine the light onto the police investigation that the CP spoke of in Fridays hearing. As I mentioned above, Nottinghamshire police have been dealing with this case, initially in 2006, then again in 2007 and also in 2009, under operations given fancy titles, such as "Operation Hydrant" and Operation Day-break". In the most cases the victims were informed by Nottinghamshire police that there would likely be no good-outcome from their giving evidence as this was a case of "historical abuse". This CP has since found out that in 2009 F70n was "invited" to attend a police interview and informed of the allegations against him, allowing him plenty of time to disgard any evidence that may lead to a conviction. He(The CP) also stated that because he was entering into a university coarse, to complete the education denied to him as a child, he would not want to take an active role in the latest police investigation, as giving evidence is so traumatic it would ruin any chance of his success. Nottinghamshire police later used this as an excuse as to why F70 wasn't convicted and blamed the case collapsing onto the CP, even though he had given them all the leads they would need to follow, via a phone conversation, and also that they had the testimony of the 2 children F70 had later adopted and sexually abused, one of whom was severly disabled.

As you can imagine the CP who gave evidence on Friday has no trust in the Police, Nottingham City council, the FCA or the CSS( Child Social Services) and rightfully so. He went on to detail how the social worker were only there to assist the carers and on the few occasions that they could be bothered to travel over to the Isle of White, they took zero interest in his wellbeing. On the one occasion that the CP did get a social worker who cared, stating that she felt "uneasy" when she left the CP after a visit to return back to the mainland, this particular social worker was removed from her post and her suspicions were never looked into.

The CP nightmare only came to an end when F70's adoptive child had attended a doctors appointment and disclosed the abuse to the practitioner. The Doctor then went to the authorities and F70's house was raided and all the children were removed from F70 and his wifes care. The Cp was then sent to yet another foster carer and was again "heavily pressured, by social services, into changing his name, via deedpol to the name of his new foster family", something he said was a regular occurance amongst children who are fostered.

It is obvious that this CP has been let-down by every authority that has ever had a hand in his welfare and I was amazed to hear him finish his testamony with gratitudes to those who have tried to help. I can only imagine how much anger this human being must have to bare and the fact he has gone on to gain qualifications and speak so eliquently about these events is nothing short of a miracle. I thank him and all the other CP's who are taking part in this inquiry for putting themselves through this, just so the public can understand what is happening to the children who are farmed out to mosters like F70.... This is by no way historic and we must never forget that 1000 children per week are being placed in harms way through a system that cares only for profit.

Please take the time to listen to today's hearing and not be fooled by any false promises given by the Police or the any auther authority. The CP I have just written about stated clearly that he holds the very same doubts as I do and feels this inquiry will come to nothing, just as they always have. This is about educating people so WE can move forward and finally denounce this rotten regime of terror.
