Hey I really like the video that I posted here and what I like about it if you had talked about a very basic but a big issue that we are not being self confident within yourself that's always leads to make as a Slave always do work for others and actually controlled by the others do not ever want us to grow. And the book you had mentioned in your video must be read by everyone and its about the physiology and how are mine works and the society..

As someone a little more than twice your age, I would say the biggest thing you need to do to be happy, is to be honest with yourself, and with others.
Second is to learn the difference between blame and responsibility. If you are in a situation which is not of your doing, or not your "fault", it is still your "responsibility" to take the next step.
Third is to learn about negotiation, and how humans work. This is not taught and certainly not encouraged as, lets face it, if you can't negotiate, you're that much easier to control and be made to comply, even it its against your own best interest.
