My local art museum always does some interesting exhibitions, and I make a point of dropping by every few months to check out the new stuff.
One of the latest exhibit is called A Forest of Fantasies by a Taiwanese artist called Huang Lan-Ya. The exhibit is housed in a seperate small dark room inside the museum. As you walk around to look at the artwork, you won't be distracted by the buzz in the museum and can just focus on the individual pieces, the different textures, the vibrant colours and its shadow onto the ground.
The forest is created using acrylic beads, waste timber, thermoplastic resin, aluminum tubes, iron and white gravel. You can't really tell how large the displays are from the photo, but the tallest one is 2.5m. This is just one section of the exhibit.
This is my entry to the #imageskills challenge organised by @bluefinstudios
