sitting and Thinking

I have been extremely busy for a couple of weeks. Today it seems as if I cannot concentrate. so many things on my mind. Family, friends, loss of Charlie, mama and daddy's renewal ceremony, getting photos finished, cleaning house, cooking, laundry, and people's posts on Facebook. Ever wonder why? Why younger people seem to know it all? Why some people don't mind if their words pierce another? Why we have to clean the same things day in and day out? how some people can stay together for their entire lives and others never find their true soul mate? Why can't the smart people find a way to build that machine on the Jet sons that prepares food and spits it out? Why don't we all wear disposable clothes? Why some days we seem inspired to see, hear, and speak kindness and other days we just see clouded images? Why do we feel such loss and heartache over our pets? We all judge each other, yet when we see accomplishments of others, so many of us pass them by without a kind word. The same people screw up and some jump in to chime a hateful word. Our children see us, they hear us, they imitate us. We screw up, we realize and fix it! Our children see and learn lessons. If our children even know us that is. Hate, and judgement are powerful weapons. To say all people on welfare should get a job is so unfair to the ones who truly can't, who suffer. Why if someone truly can't work does it mean they can't have? They can't live with hair cuts, getting their nails done, driving or riding in a nice car, or have a nice phone or they are dead beats. Keep judging others people, keep seeing ways to fix everyone else and blindly go through life thinking you have no wrongs. Want to know why our government is in the shape it is? Research, listen, close your mouths and open your minds. I know a young woman who has four kids, and hardly ever spends time with any of them, most of the time other people take care of her kids. If this young woman receives welfare and uses all the resources for her own personal gain do we throw her to the wolves? Do we talk about her? Do we make a call and get her (help stopped)? Do we sit and pray? Do we do nothing? I know a young man who has health problems, he cannot work full time, yet he works. this man cannot get health insurance. Some say he doesn't work he doe not deserve health care. Why? Is it because poor people, sick people do not deserve to be well? To sit and read some of your posts makes my heart break at such simple minded notions. To solve all the issues for some of you, someone should just kill of all gay people, people of different color, let all sick people die if they don't have a job, kill any unborn child, the list goes on and on. At least two states have found a way to get their citizens in better moods, they can now smoke all the pot they want legally! WOW! Just WOW. What ever happened to treat others as you would want to be treated? What happened to respect your elders? What happened to listening to the individual instead of grouping and pointing blame? I need prayers, every minute of every day. Reading some of your posts makes me want to sit and pray all day long some days. Yes, and there is also the ones who do not believe in God. they believe we just live and let live and then we die, end of story. I know all of us Christians should just rant and rave and show them how a good christian behaves, give them more reason to NOT want to believe in God! You do and say and post what you want, I will too. After-all, that is what Facebook is for! WOW. I will continue to fail each day of my life, I will continue to ask for forgiveness. I will continue to pray for others and ask for prayers in return. Ramble on people, ramble on. WOW.
