Broken implant

Hi! I paid over $5000.00 in 19999 for breast implants that I worked so hard for. As years went by my implants were fine. It is now 2017 and my breast implant has broken.My insurance company only covers to remove the saline implant. No, I do not have silicone, but I have saline and the report states that the ultrasound does not cover neoplasm cancerous tumors. Therefore, I have to get a tomography, mammography or somomograpghy to detect cancer. I am so afraid to get surgery or a mammogram. My insurance will not cover a new implant so I am walking around with a broken implant leaking into my body. I am so afraid and need all the help I can Thank you
