Food Traditional

Times are growing. Globalization enters in the joints of the social life of the people in Aceh. Of course, inevitably the influence of foreign culture and local wisdom in Aceh is fading away. Not to mention also affect the habit of eating food, especially post-tsunami Aceh hit 10 years ago. Lately the appetite of young people has gone to consume instant fast food. Most of the fast food is a culinary that comes from foreign culture, so that traditional culinary Aceh more forgotten. On that basis, the Office of Culture and Tourism (Disbudpar) Aceh held an event of Aceh Traditional Culinary Festival to introduce and re-promote traditional food of Aceh which also has a taste that is not inferior to culinary fast food in the modern era now.
