Aur iss me bataya gaya hai ki agar aap property bech rahe hai ya fir property kharid rahe hai to fir 20,000 se jyada cash me len-den na kare. Iss ka matlab kuch samjhe dosto? Iss ka matlab ye hai ki agar aap kisi se property kharidte hai ya fir property kisi ko bechte ho to cash me 20,000 se jyada nahi dena hai agar aap ne diya to aapko penalty lag sakti hai.
