If you for example have a belief that hinders that you are not talent doing business, yes hang out with business people in the business community. Long-time contagion really, with your notes long enough intense in the community. And usually, if you are in a community you will meet with many people who you think is great and you admire it. It's even easier to undo confidence.
Just decide that you want to join what communities are relevant and conducive to unraveling the beliefs that are holding you back.
