India's first high-speed train breaks down on its first voyage

India's fastest train is broken down by Prime Minister Narendra Modi on her first voyage, a day after the ceremony.
Vande Bharat Express, which is in the semi-speed category and runs up to 180 km / h in the trials, failed in the return part of the return trip from Delhi to Varanasi.

The fault in the train was found to be the self-pinching of the brakes.

Before the source of the problem was identified, a rail spokesman had suggested that the train might have hit a cow.

Immediately after the braking of the brakes, the patrons detected smoke in the last four wagons. Electricity was cut off in all compartments.

Because of the first journey, most of the passengers on the train were journalists and railway officers.

Passengers were taken to Delhi by another train.

The Indian NDTV channel over allegations that hit the cattle showed no damage to the front of the train.

The half-speed train is expected to start commercial journeys on Sunday. The train will shorten the journey between Delhi and Varanasi by six hours and the journey time will be reduced from 10-11 to 4-5 hours.
