I don't think so it is waste of time, you just don't waste time on it. I open it once a day just to update my coins for that day, that's it. The problem with actifit is that you need to post daily which I don't like because everyday you might not be writing about your days activity.

    ya that is your opinion but bro I have spent at lots of months in it and refers to lot of my friends and my collouges but didn't get better result,

    I love love actifit cause it's simple and easy to use, and the most amazing thing is that its gives you AFIT tokens in the result of your steps.
