स्वयं को प्रेरित करना सीखें:

  कहा जाता है कि किसी भी व्यक्ति की सफलता के पीछे किसी अन्य व्यक्ति की प्रेरणा का हाथ होता है।वैसे भी हर व्यक्ति को किसी न किसी की प्रेरणा की आवश्यकता महसूस होती है परंतु कुछ ऐसे व्यक्ति भी होते हैं। जो स्वयं को ही प्रेरित करते हैं।वे स्वयं ही अपना लक्ष्य निर्धारित करने के  लिए अपने ही प्रेरणा का सहारा लेते हैं, और तेजी से अपने लक्ष्य की ओर बढ़ते जाते हैं। लेकिन उन के लिए कुछ खास गुणों का होना आवश्यक है।

दुनिया का सबसे तेज धावक उसैन बोल्ट का जन्‌म 21 अगस्‌त 1986 यानि आज ही के दिन जमैका, वेस्ट इंडीज में हुआ। उसैन बोल्ट विश्व के सबसे तेज धावक है। बोल्ट के नाम एक ही ओलंपिक में तीन बार Gold Medal का रिकार्ड हैं। बोल्ट ने एक ही ओलंपिक मे 100 मीटर, 200 मीटर और 400 मीटर की रेस में रिकार्ड के साथ गोल्ड मैडल जीतने का रिकार्ड बनाया हुआ है।ऐसा करने वाले दुनिया के वे पहले धावक है।
बोल्ट के माता-पिता एक दुकान चलाते थे। बचपन में बोल्ट और उनके बड़े भाई अपने घर के गली में क्रिकेट और फुटबाल आदि का खेल खेलते थे। बचपन से बोल्ट खेल के प्रति गहरी रूचि लेने लगे थे। बोल्ट अपने ही गाँव में पढ़ाई की। बोल्ट स्कूल में होने वाले खेल प्रतियोगिता में भाग लेते थे। मात्र 12 साल की आयु में बोल्ट अपने स्कूल के तरफ से 100 मीटर की दौड़ में नंबर 1 धावक बन गए थें।
उसैन बोल्ट ने अपने आप को प्रेरित किया और कहा जब मैं 12 साल की उम्र में स्कूल का सबसे तेज धावक हूं। तो आगे चलकर दुनिया का सबसे तेज धावक बन सकता हूँ।
आज उसैन बोल्ट बोलता है कि मेरे रिकॉर्ड टूटने के लिए नहीं बने।

But there are some people who inspire themselves.They resort to their own motivation to set their own goals, and increasingly move towards their goals. But they must have certain qualities.

The world's fastest runner Usain Bolt was born on August 21, 1986, that is today in Jamaica, West Indies. Usain Bolt is the fastest runner in the world.
