MY take on Sabrimala issue.

With all due respect to The Honourable Supreme Court:-

Hinduism, not only as a religion but as a way of life is more than 5000 years old. The practices that are followed in it have stood the test of time not once but many times. Our culture has taken everything from around the world into itself, assimilated with it and still remained true to its basic roots of equality.
Every culture and each ritual that has been made are based meaningful practices and ideologies.

By passing a verdict on Sabrimala in heist(8 days) the Supreme court(SC) has failed take into account the grievance of all people involved in the case. SC has failed to see the whole custom from wider prospective and has shown that they have very little understanding of the Hindu religion and religious practices that are followed in our country. SC in its judgement has quoted that Sabrimala parctices "violates the rights of Women" and "form of Untouchability", Which in itself shows lack of understanding on the part of SC. SC should know in India there are temples (8) where men are not allowed, would the supreme court term this as violation of rights of men. In Kerala there are temples where snakes are worshipped , would the SC term this as violation of animal rights. The court needs to understand that there are 10s of religions in India which have so many different practices and it's impossible to look into them by the goggles of Constitutional morality. More than impossible it's unfair to the people of this great nation.

The people who believe in true Hindu religion consider women as greater than men.we pray to them as deities.There are many temples in Kerala that worship goddess as Rajaswala in their mensurating form. We in our families, worship women as goddess Laxmi, Durga, Saraswati. And that is the stature that Hinduism has given to women.

The Sabrimala temple's presiding deity is Lord Ayyappa. Lord Ayyappa is a Naishtika Brahmachari(eternal celibate) in nature. And men and women who go their to worship Ayyappa take 41 days rigourous fasting.By interfering into the laws of the temple the SC has not only tried to scrap away the uniqueness of the temple but also attacked the identity of the whole Hindu belief system.To look Into the ideas of Sabrimala customs as just Patriarchy based and not through the faithful eyes of its millions of followers is fundamentally incorrect.A temple is not a tourist spot, it's a place of worship where go because you believe in the legend of that temple and that he will take away all your misery and problems.And if you believe in the legend then you should wait the right amount of time and if you don't believe in it then you should not visit it.

By passing a judgement without due consideration into the points all parties SC has thrown Kerala in to haywire situation. A state known to be one of the most progressive one in the country is now in news for mob violence , hartals and other unlawful activities. People have lost their lives, education has taken a backseat as children are on roads to stand for their deity. My question is "who is answerable for all this" , "what is it worth for?" "How many more lives?" "Will this have a Peaceful end ?"

SC you have chance to review your decision and stop this.The people who lost their lives won't come back but you can stop anymore from losing their lives. SC please Don't attack on the religious and cultural beliefs of by thinking unilaterally and passing descions , 1 billion people of this great nation will loose their identity by your's stroke of a pen.
