May trigger domino effect in India.

India has a history of the reservation system. This time something big can be triggered by the new constitutional amendment bill which may result in havoc in the state as seen previously many time.
Let first explain the issue. On 08-01-2019 a constitutional amendment bill 124 in proposed in Loksabha India.
The bill stated the reservation up to 10% for "economically backward class". Its good or bad is not the talk of the hour but the paragraph given below is the apple of discord which may result in restlessness in the state.
"any special provision for the advancement of any economically weaker
sections of citizens other than the classes mentioned in clauses (4) and (5) in so
far as such special provisions relate to their admission to educational institutions
including private educational institutions, whether aided or unaided by the State,
other than the minority educational institutions referred to in clause (1) of
article 30, which in the case of reservation would be in addition to the existing
reservations and subject to a maximum of ten percent. of the total seats in each
category"-quoted from the bill presented.

For the first time in the history of India the reservation in the private in private institutions in been provided.
This is the point that may result in the ripple effect in India. Demand can be raised from other previously reserved classes for the reservation in private.
As seen before, the riots can rise all over the state for the reservation in private sectors which were previously untainted by this system. India has a long history of riots for the reservation which be seen by scrolling the history of a few years not far behind. What happens will be essential and depend on the interpretation of the bill by other classes of the society. But the effect of the action is yet to be observed which in my view can be alarming for the government.
