Hi,
I think this is very important to understand the meaning of the term "legal tender."

So I want to share this with you, which I found in one of Bitcoin telegram group. When we say that bitcoin is not a legal tender, it does not mean that Bitcoin is banned, but you can not use bitcoin as a currency to buy goods from a shop. However you can trade bitcoin just as you trade the stocks, or gold.

Exchanges like Zebpay and Unocoin or Koinex pay their taxes to the govt. So govt is also earning from this, then how come it is banned? The above image must clear any doubt in your mind.
