Ingredients
- 1 cup Poha/Flattened Rice/Beaten Rice/Atukulu
- 3/4 cup Sugar
- 3-4 Elaichi Pods
- 3 tbsp Ghee
- few Dry Fruits
- 2 sp milk
Instructions
Heat a pan add poha/beaten rice and fry for a while on low flame, then remove from fire. Let it cool for some time, then grind them into powder and transfer to a bowl.
Blend sugar and elaichi pods together into a fine powder and add it to poha powder and mix well.
Heat ghee in a small frying pan add chopped cashew nuts, raisins and fry, once done add it to poha+sugar mixture bowl and mix everything well . If needed add a little warm milk and make laddus with the poha mixture.
