Breakfast Is one of the most important part of a healthy life. People usually skip it in a hurry or maybe deliberately sometimes forgetting the fact that it is most important meal of the day.
In India 🇮🇳 especially in north India breakfast is composed of omelette or scrambled eggs 🍳 served with some assorted pan fried bread with stuffing inside usually filled with potatoes,onions or cottage cheese etc. I had a great breakfast today.Eat healthy and stay healthy.
