Many say that health is expensive, do not you need not be expensive to tap a healthy body, just run or follow the habits of the Prophet Muhammad. Everything that the Prophet Muhammad has done is always useful and a guideline for us all people by following the sunnah sunnah. There are some healthy habits that always applied by Prophet Muhammad, who in present is also supported scientifically.
The following healthy habits of the prophet Muhammad are exemplary:

"Banyak yang bilang kesehatan itu mahal, taukah kalian tidak perlu mahal untuk mendapakatkan tubuh yang sehat, cukup menjalankan atau mengikuti kebiasan Nabi Muhammad saw. Segala sesuatu yang dilakukan Nabi Muhammad selalu bermanfaat dan jadi pedoman buat kita semua umat dengan mengikuti sunnah sunnah Nya. Ada beberapa kebiasaan sehat yang selalu diterapkan oleh Nabi Muhammad, yang di masa kini juga didukung secara ilmiah.
Berikut kebiasaan sehat ala Nabi Muhammad yang patut dicontoh:"

  1. Wake up early in the morning
    It turns out early rising to make body condition remain stable and scientifically proven will keep productivity remain good.

"Bangun tidur di pagi hari lebih awal.
Ternyata bangun pagi lebih awal membuat kondisi tubuh tetap stabil dan terbukti secara ilmiah akan menjaga produktifitas tetap baik."

  1. Adjust your diet.
    The Prophet Muhammad's most exemplary habit is to eat sufficiently, and scientifically proven to prevent the occurrence of various diseases.

"Mengatur pola makan.
Kebiasaan Nabi Muhammad yang paling patut di contoh adalah dengan makan secukupnya, dan terbukti secara ilmiah mampu mencegah timbulnya berbagai penyakit."

  1. Do not blow hot food and drink
    Scientific facts say, when the meeting of H2O, water in a glass or hot food with carbon dioxide or CO2, the air we breathe through the mouth will produce carbonic acid H2CO3. If this happens then the danger to the body is that it can lead to a bad heart condition. And do not drink water with one gulp and run out
    Science reveals that when a person drinks too much water in a short time, they may experience headache.

"Tidak meniup makanan dan minuman yang panas.
Fakta ilmiah menyebutkan, ketika bertemunya H2O, air dalam gelas atau makanan panas dengan karbondioksida atau CO2, udara yang kita tiupkan melalui mulut akan menghasilkan asam karbonat H2CO3. Jika hal ini sampai terjadi maka bahayanya bagi tubuh adalah dapat mengakibatkan kondisi jantung menjadi buruk. Dan Tidak minum air dengan sekali teguk dan langsung habis
Ilmu pengetahuan mengungkapkan bahwa ketika seseorang minum terlalu banyak air dalam waktu singkat, mereka bisa mengalami pusing sakit kepala."

  1. Eating food with family
    The Hadiths narrated by Abu Daud and Ahmad, read "Gather up when eating and read the name of Allah, then God will bless you in the food." Today, eating in congregation and enjoying dishes proves to reduce stress.

"Menyantap makanan bersama keluarga.
Hadist yang diriwayatkan oleh Abu Daud dan Ahmad, berbunyi "Berkumpullah ketika makan dan bacalah nama Allah, maka Allah akan memberkahi kalian dalam makanan itu." Saat ini, makan secara berjamaah dan menikmati hidangan terbukti mampu mengurangi stres."

  1. Fasting
    Fasting is proven scientifically able to balance hormone levels, with fasting routine then one will avoid obesity problems so that the heart and kidneys will always be in the best condition.

"Berpuasa.
Berpuasa terbukti secara ilmiah mampu menyeimbangkan kadar hormon, dengan rutin berpuasa maka seseorang akan terhindar dari masalah obesitas sehingga jantung dan ginjal akan selalu dalam kondisi terbaik."

Note :

There is also a ban on the Prophet eating and drinking while standing. And this is a scientifically proven habits and suggestions of the Prophet Muhammad, when a person eats and drinks standing up will endanger the intestinal wall and result in fatal sores on the stomach.

"Ada juga larangan Rasulullah makan dan minum sambil berdiri. Dan ini merupakan kebiasaan serta anjuran Nabi Muhammad yang terbukti secara ilmiah, apabila seseorang makan dan minum secara berdiri maka akan membahayakan dinding usus dan berakibat fatal luka pada lambung."
