Jeruk nipis (lat citrus aurantifolia) adalah buah yang memiliki bentuk buahnya yang bulat dengan warna yang hijau tua dan akan berubah warnanya menjadi warna kuning jika sudah masak dan tentunya memiliki rasa yang khas, yaitu rasa asam seperti lemon.
