Leaf saga is known as a natural remedy to treat various diseases eg canker sores, sore throat, cough etc.
This time I will share the benefits of saga leaves to relieve cough.

Daun saga ini di kenal sebagai obat alami untuk mengobati berbagai macam penyakit misal nya sariawan , sakit tenggorokan , batuk dll.
Kali ini saya akan berbagi manfaat daun saga untuk meredakan batuk.

• Pick up some saga leaves
• Petik beberapa daun saga

• Add enough boiled water then squeeze until green.

• Tambahkan air matang secukup nya lalu remas hingga berwarna hijau.

• Strain and then move to a glass and ready to drink.

May be useful

• Saring lalu pindahkan ke gelas dan siap di minum.
