Indonesia is famous for its rich culture and traditions, tiwah rituals including unique Indonesian traditions that are still believed by Dayak tribe of central kalimantan. the tiwah ritual is believed to be a way to deliver dead bones to its final resting place.

sandung is a resting place while the dead and the Dayak people believe the man who in tawahkan achieve heaven.

this ritual is still believed by the Dayak tribe middle kalimantan still adheres to trust kaharingan or adherents trust hindu kaharingan. this unique tradition is organized in a way, the dead are buried temporarily until waiting for the time tiwah is held.

then the corpse is buried while it is unloaded again and burned to the bone benulang only and must be burned repeatedly so the body really becomes bone. not only that, even the singing of Dayak tribe also colored this unique tridisi and even dangdut songs though.

This ritual also requires a lot of money to organize this ritual, animals must be slaughtered and ritual equipment in need. Perhaps this Dayak tiwah ritual begins to experience a shift in time and some Dayak tribes have converted to religion or belief.
