Mesjid Agung Islamic Center menjadi salah satu mesjid yang termegah di Kota Lhokseumawe saat ini dan cukup banyak masyarakat yang melakukan ibadah di mesjid tersebut, apalagi saat ini Aceh betul-betul telah memberlakukan syariat Islam secara penuh, sehingga kemegahan mesjid tersebut merupakan salah satu sarana pendukung dan letaknya juga tidak jauh dari pusat Kota Lhokseumawe dan secara khusus yang menjadi salah satu sarana ibadah bagi mayoritas umat Islam di Lhokseumawe dan secara umum bagi seluruh umat Islam di Aceh.
