Preservation of living things

Hay friend steemit, may you all healthy and always successful doing daily activities.

The presence of animals and plants can actually keep the balance of nature. A living being needs another living thing. Humans and animals depend on plants directly or indirectly. Similarly, plants grow more fertile if they get natural nutrients or fertilizers. This nutrient can be increased by the presence of animal feces.
Humans desperately need plants as a source of medicine. With the advancement of science, experts increasingly succeeded in finding a cure various diseases. The ingredients of the drug are many taken from plant extracts. How sad if one day we can not get because the necessary medicinal plants are extinct.
Because of the above, we must find ways to keep animals and plants sustainable. The tricks include the following.

• Protecting the Place of Life

Governments in various countries have made laws that protect animals and plants. Forms of protection, among others, to keep animals can live freely in place of origin. So, since orangutans and tigers come from God, they must be able to live in the forest safely and comfortably. Animals protected from poaching. People who hunt protected animals may be subject to punishment.

In Indonesia, the government establishes a region to be a protected area in the form of nature reserves and wildlife reserves. Nature reserves are areas where plant and animal sustainability contained therein are protected by law from the dangers of extinction. Wildlife reserves are nature reserves that are specifically used to protect wild animals in them. Examples are Dieng Nature Reserve in Central Java, Pangandaran Nature Reserve in West Java, Papua Lorentz Nature Reserve, and Lake Sentarum Wildlife Reserve in West Kalimantan.
In addition, to serve the general public, the government created a national park, a forest park, and a natural tourism park.

National parks are nature conservation areas that are managed and utilized for science, education and training activities, as well as recreation and tourism. For example Ujung Kulon National Park in Banten, Gunung Gede Pangrango National Park in West Java, Bunaken National Park in Sulawesi, and Kutai National Park in East Kalimantan.

The forest park is a conservation area, primarily used for the purpose of collecting natural or artificial plants and animals for the purpose of science, education and training, culture, tourism and recreation. For example Taman Hutan Raya Ir.H. Juanda in West Java, Bung Hatta Forest Park in West Sumatra, and Ngurah Rai Forest Park in Bali.

Nature Park is a jungle tour that has a natural beauty, both the beauty of flora, fauna, and nature itself that has a distinctive style to be used for recreational and cultural interests. For example Pangandaran Nature Park in West Java. Pangandaran Nature Park is originally a part of Pangandaran Nature Reserve. In Pangandaran Nature Park, the general public can do cross-country activities, cycling, swimming, boating, scuba diving, snorkeeling, and seeing historical relics. In addition, there are more Natural Park Weh Island and Nature Parks Batam.

• Breeding

Humans are also responsible for the extinction of animals and plants. Because of human activities, many dead animals are hunted and plants are destroyed in forest fires. However, humans can also save the preservation of animals and plants.

![image]() (Crocodile Breeding in Papua)
To increase the number of animals and plants, humans do artificial breeding. In some places made a breeding place, a special place for to breed animals. For example, crocodile breeding. So, humans can still take advantage of the animals without reducing the number of animals. Crocodile skin can be made bags and shoes. There is also a captivity of orangutans in Tanjung Puting, Central Kalimantan. Orangutans breeding aims to multiply orangutans so they are not extinct.

An endangered animal is called a rare animal. Some animal species below are protected from extinction. Some species are still quite a number, but if not protected it is feared will be threatened sustainability. We certainly do not want if the animals become extinct, like the extinction of Java tiger.

• Birds of Paradise

Cendrawasih birds have a distinctive feature in the beautiful feathers that are owned by male birds. Generally, brightly colored with a combination of several colors like black, brown, reddish, orange, yellow, white, blue, green and purple.

The beauty of Cendrawasih feathers is used to attract the attention of the opposite sex. To 'seduce' the female to be willing to be invited to mate, the male bird will show off her feathers by performing beautiful dances. While singing on a branch, males rocked with various movements in different directions.

These birds need to be protected from hunters who want to catch them for collection or sale.

• Orangutan ![image]()

• Komodo dragons ![image]()
Komodo dragons or Komodo dragons (Varanus komodoensis), is the largest reptile species in the world located on the islands of Komodo, Rinca, Flores, Gili Motang, and Gili Dasami in Nusa Tenggara, Indonesia. Komodo dragons were first discovered by western researchers in 1910.
Komodo dragons found only in some islands of Nusa Tenggara included in the Komodo National Park area are also appreciated internationally with the passage of being one of the 28 finalists of the New 7 Wonders of Nature. This animal is a carnivore. However, usually this animal will soon run away if there are humans who approached him. Only if he feels his safety is threatened, Komodo dragons are able to strike back violently.

• Sumatran tiger ![image]()
The Sumatran tiger is smaller than similar tigers elsewhere. The tiger, whose colored body is tanned, lives in the forests of Sumatra. The amount is little because of human hunted.
The Sumatran tiger is found only on the island of Sumatra. Sumatran tiger food depends on where he lives and some abundant prey. The Sumatran tiger has the darkest color among all the other tiger subspecies, its black pattern is wide and its density is sometimes attached.

• Gorillas

Gorillas come from Africa. All the hair in the body black jet. This animal has a rather creepy face. Gorillas live in groups as large families. The sustainability of gorillas is threatened because African forests are increasingly being explored by humans.

Gorillas are the largest primates. Gorillas are made up of vegetables, although they sometimes eat insects.

My hope, hope our country Indonesia can preserve living things as well as possible, and make steemit friends keep working.
