Sejak itulah tercipta sayur lodeh, hehe

Maaf teman-teman, ini cuma sekedar bercanda saja hehe.. foto di atas adalah contoh sayur lodeh yang di masakin ibu saya, rasanya mantap banget hehe.

Mungkin ada yang belum tahu tentang sayur lodeh, saya akan menjelaskan sedikit.
Sayur lodeh adalah sayur khas indonesia yang berkuah santan, terutama di daerah jawa tengah.
Bahan yang sering di gunakan biasanya seperti labu panjang, terung, petai, tempe, cabe dan santan.
Kalau soal rasa pastinya enak sedap dan gurih, hehe.

Sorry friends , this is just a joke hehe .. The photo above is an example of a lodeh soup which was cooked by my mom, it's very delicious!

Lodeh soup is a typical Indonesian soup, very common in CentralJava. The soup is made of vegetables and savoury spices cooked with coconut milk.
The common vegetables used for this soup are for example: pumpkin, eggplant, petai, tempe, tofu, chilli and coconut milk.
It tastes really good, especially after 2 days old hehe.
