The Indonesian Corruption Eradication Commission

Indonesia was a beautiful country.
Indonesia is a country composed of Islands, indonesia is located between two continents that is asia and australia and then between the two ocean namely Indian Ocean and Pacific Ocean.
in the Government of indonesia, indonesia has institutions tasked to eradicate the corruption that is the corruption eradication Commission (KPK).
what is KPK ?
In Indonesia we have Corruption Eradication Commission or better known as KPK in Indonesia.The Indonesian Corruption Eradication Commission was established in 2003. Indonesia Corruption Eradication Commission formed on the basis of the Basic Law Number 30 of 2002 about the criminal acts of Corruption eradication Commission, the Indonesian Corruption Eradication Commission is given the corruption eradication Commission doing professionally, intensive, and continuous improvement. This institutions are independent, that in carrying out the tasks and authority free from any power.So the KPK can not intervene by any party.
The KPK vision is to free Indonesia from corruption. Its duties include investigating and prosecuting corruption cases and monitoring the governance of the state. It has the authority to request meetings and reports in the course of its investigations. It can also authorise wiretaps, impose travel bans, request financial information about suspects, freeze financial transactions and request the assistance of other law enforcement agencies.It also has the authority to detain suspects, including well-known figures, and frequently does so.

The Indonesia Corruption Eradication Commission has the task of :

1. Coordination with the authorized agencies conduct the eradication of criminal acts of corruption.
2. Supervision of authorized institutions conduct towards the eradication of criminal acts of corruption.
3. Investigations, investigation, and prosecution against the criminal acts of corruption.
4. Do the actions of prevention of criminal acts of corruption; and
5. Do the monitor against the conduct of the Government of the country.

KPK is independent from the executive, legislative, judiciary and any other powers.
Financially, KPK is audited by the Indonesian Supreme Audit Board (BPK) and should
be responsible to the public. In doing the tasks, KPK has the authority to supervise and
coordinate with the Attorney General Office as well as the National Police in handling
corruption cases.
