Tanyakan pada mereka yang berteriak lantang MERDEKA

Ada tiga hal yang membuat pekik merdeka kita hanya lantang di suara padahal layu esensinya; yaitu Hedonisme, Pengkhianatan dan Kebodohan.

Tanyakan pada mereka yang berteriak lantang Merdeka, adakah Hedonisme menjadi gaya hidupnya? Bila iya, maka sesungguhnya mereka belum merdeka dan seketika teriakan merdeka itu layu seiring keterjajahan mereka pada gaya hidup hedonis para penjajah.

Tanyakan pada mereka yang berteriak lantang Merdeka, adakah Pengkhianatan menjadi sikap hidupnya? Bila iya, maka sesungguhnya mereka belum merdeka dan seketika teriakan merdeka itu layu seiring keterjajahan mereka pada sikap hidup khianat para penjajah.

Tanyakan pada mereka yang berteriak lantang Merdeka, adakah Kebodohan menjadi rupa hidupnya? Bila iya, maka sesungguhnya mereka belum merdeka dan seketika teriakan merdeka itu layu seiring keterjajahan mereka pada rupa hidup bodoh bangsa terjajah.

Jadi, sebelum kita lantang teriakkan Merdeka, pastikan jiwa kita tidak mengidap Hedonisme, Pengkhianatan, dan Kebodohan. Saat itulah kita baru benar-benar Merdeka meski tak sampai berteriak Merdeka.

There are three things that make our free shout just loud in the sound when it withers its essence; namely Hedonism, Betrayal and Folly.

Ask those who shout loudly Merdeka, is Hedonism his lifestyle? If so, then they are not yet free and instantly the free cry is wilted as they are exposed to the hedonist lifestyle of the invaders.

Ask those who shout loudly Merdeka, is there a Betrayal to his attitude of life? If so, then they are not yet independent and instantly the free cry is wilted as their dependence on the treacherous attitude of the colonialists.

Ask those who shout loudly Merdeka, is there any Foolishness into his life? If so, then they are not yet independent and instantly the free cry is wilted as their dependence on the foolish form of the colonized peoples.

So, before we shout loud Merdeka, make sure our soul does not have Hedonism, Betrayal, and Folly. That's when we just really Merdeka even though not to shout Merdeka.
