Selamat siang steemians

Ini adalah menu makan siang saya, kesukaan juga sih. Dibalik rasanya yang enak masaknya juga mudah. 😅 Maklumlah bukan hobi saya untuk berlama-lama di dapur.

Sebenarnya ini adalah resep dari Taiwan, saya sendiri baru tahu jika perpaduan sayur terong, jamur, kecap, dan daun kemangi dapat menghasilkan rasa yang membuat porsi makan sedikit bertambah. Mungkin jika ditambahkan irisan cabai merah akan lebih wow lagi rasanya.
