Efforts to reduce the number of traffic accidents involve students or millennia as victims, the Police Chief of the Balespanggang Polres Gresik AKP Tulus, SH Through Socialization of the Millennial Road Safety Festival invites all young generations to reduce the number of traffic accidents. The socialization was conducted at SMA N 1 Balongpanggang, Gresik.



It was said that the Balongpanggang police chief AKP Tulus was the coach of the flag ceremony on Monday (1/28) morning, the activity was to empower the millennial generation to participate in realizing security, safety, order and smooth traffic on the highway.

The police chief along with its members on this occasion provided an understanding of Millennial Road safety riding driving behavior that can avoid problems, whether caused by other people or themselves.

"This socialization is an intellectual approach, about how to drive safely, safely, efficiently and responsibly, and provide knowledge of Law No. 22 of 2009 concerning road transport traffic, and knowledge of traffic signs," said the Balongpanggang police chief.

He hopes that through this activity the Road Safety to zero accident goal will be achieved to inform examples of the practice of two-wheeled driving (safety riding) and notify students, that obedience to traffic signs and driving rules with reduced violations of motorists will be able reduce the risk of developing laka later.

In a separate place, Gresik Police Chief AKBP Wahyu S Bintoro, SH SIK MSi said the purpose of the Millennial Road Safety Festival activities, hoped high school students could know and understand traffic rules, and the importance of driving safety on the road could be realized and maintained can reduce the number of traffic accidents in the Gresik region.

"Then, through the activities held, it is expected that the millennials, especially, can care more about safety when driving. So the number of traffic accidents in the Gresik region can be reduced and give birth to the potential of national leadership resources in the future who will realize the Millennial love of traffic towards a glorious Indonesia, "said the Gresik Police Chief.
