In asphalt mixture use filler as filler material has been widely used such as cement, lime dust, fly ash, powder, silt and so on. The scarcity of construction equipment procurement range and increasing material prices are constraints in realizing a more viable road development. For that reason, it should be considered and considered in finding a filler that can be obtained easily, economically and in production in the region, for example, using palm shell ash which comes from waste disposal of palm oil processing plant (PKS). The palm oil shell is processed into ash (powder) as a filler in percent (%) for pavement on Asphalt mixture.
