Cake khas Betawi ~ cake Rangi

Rangi Cake

This rangi cake is also a native Betawi food. Made from rice flour (finely crushed white rice, it is said that if you use the rice flour that has been so unpleasant) then the dough of rice flour is baked on semicircular mold on low heat. After cooking, the cake is lifted and served with a brownish-brown sugar water melt.
