I had the opportunities to watch and be in one of small Balinese ceremonies called Odalan. Odalan is a Balinese village temple festival - an occasion when the community comes together inviting the gods to visit them. Performing religious services together and offering refreshments. It is a great time for socialising, to catch up with friends and relatives who live far or away from their home district.
