Good afternoon steemit friends, cloudy weather like this is very nice to enjoy a warm snack. Actually my family have snack hobby, cloudy weather is just the reason. Hehe

Okay today I will share recipe and how to make pau filling of green beans. Hopefully useful and good luck...

Ingredients :

  • 250 gr versatile flour
  • 4 tbsp sugar
  • 2 tbsp white butter
  • 150 ml warm water nails
  • 1 tbsp of instant yeast

stuffing material:

  • 200 grams of green beans
  • 100 grams of sugar
  • a little salt

Steps:

  • Mix yeast, sugar and water leave to foam.

  • Mix flour and water until blended.

  • Then add the butter mix until the lid is covered with plastic wrap.

  • Boil green beans until cooked, then stir-fry with a little oil (to dry and not sticky) and add sugar.

  • Take 30 gr dough mix and fill with beans put on bread paper, do it until finished.

  • Let stand for 30 minutes, to expand again

  • Prepare the steamer, cover the steamer in the cloth layer. After steamy, enter the pau. Steam over medium heat for 8 minutes.

Baiklah hari ini saya akan membagikan resep dan cara membuat pau isi kacang hijau. Semoga bermanfaat dan selamat mencoba...

Bahan-bahan :

  • 250 gr tepung terigu serbaguna
  • 4 sdm gula
  • 2 sdm mentega putih
  • 150 ml air hangat kuku
  • 1 sdm ragi instan

bahan isian:

  • 200 gr kacang hijau
  • 100 gr gula
  • sedikit garam

Langkah :

  • Campurkan ragi, gula dan air biarkan hingga berbuih.

  • Campurkan tepung dan air aduk hingga rata.

  • Kemudian tambahkan mentega mix sampai kalis tutup dengan plastik wrap.

  • Rebus kacang hijau sampai matang, kemudian tumis dengan sedikit minyak (agar kering dan tidak lengket) dan tambahkan gula.

  • Ambil 30 gr adonan pipihkan dan isi dengan kacang letakkan diatas kertas roti, lakukan sampai habis.

  • Diamkan selama 30 menit, agar mengembang lagi

  • Siapkan kukusan, tutup kukusan di lapisi kain. Setelah beruap, masukkan bakpao. Kukus dengan api sedang selama 8 menit.
