How to Make Caramel Cake / Cara membuat Bolu karamel

Hi steemit friends how are you today? Steemians today I will share recipe cake that I have been like it soo much since I was a kid that is Caramel Cake.

It seems easy to make this cake, but after repeatedly trying I always fail to make this cake. In the end I found a more viral recipe in the cooking group. I tried to make it and it worked.

For steemit friends who want to make it please try, guaranteed anti-failure and taste the is delicious.. 👌👌

Ingredients :

  • 200 grams of sugar
  • 300 ml of hot / cold water
  • 4 eggs
  • 3 tbsp sugar
  • 2 sachets of white canned milk
  • 1 tbsp baking soda or bicarbonate
  • 50 g of liquid margarine
  • 50 ml of vegetable oil
  • 1/4 tsp vanilla
  • 100 g flour
  • 75 gr tapioca

Steps:

  • Make caramel: heat the sugar with low heat until the melted sugar is not stirred after the caramel-shaped sugar pour water stir well cook until the liquid sugar to boil then lift cold.

  • Beat eggs, sugar and baking soda until eggs are mixed.

  • Enter the flour and tapioca while sucked until the dough is slippery.

  • Then add oil and liquid margarine and vanilla stir well.

  • Last input milk stir well and then pour caramel stir until properly flat and then pour to the pan that has smeared margarine and flour thin while filtered.

  • Bake for 30 minutes or until cooked temperature 160 degrees.

  • Do not forget the oven is heated first.

  • Caramel cake is ready to serve ... 😘

Hai sahabat steemit apa kabar hari ini? Steemians hari ini saya akan membagikan resep kue yang sangat saya sukai sejak saya masih kecil yaitu Bolu Karamel.

Kelihatannya mudah untuk membuat kue ini, tetapi setelah berulang kali mencoba saya selalu gagal membuat kue ini. Pada akhirnya saya menemukan resep yang lagi viral di group memasak. Saya coba membuatnya dan ternyata berhasil.
Untuk sahabat steemit yang ingin membuatnya silakan dicoba, dijamin anti gagal dan rasanya enak.. 👌👌

Bahan-bahan :

  • 200 gr gula pasir
  • 300 ml air panas/dingin
  • 4 butir telur
  • 3 sdm gula pasir
  • 2 sachet skm putih
  • 1 sdm soda kue atau bicarbonat
  • 50 gr margarin cair
  • 50 ml minyak sayur
  • 1/4 sdt vanili
  • 100 gr terigu
  • 75 gr tapioka

Langkah :

  • Buat karamel : panaskan gula dengan api kecil hingga gula mencair jangan diaduk setelah gula berbentuk karamel tuang air aduk rata masak hingga gula cair hingga mendidih lalu angkat dinginkan.

  • Kocok lepas telur, gula dan soda kue cukup sampai telur tercampur saja.

  • Masukkan terigu dan tapioka sambil diayak aduk sampai adonan licin.

  • Kemudian masukkan minyak dan margarin cair dan vanili aduk rata.

  • Terakhir masukan susu aduk rata lalu tuang karamel aduk sampe benar rata lalu tuang keloyang yang sudah diolesi margarin dan terigu tipis sambil disaring.

  • Panggang selama 30 menit atau hingga matang suhu 160 derajat.

  • Jangan lupa oven dipanaskan dulu.

  • Bolu karamel siap untuk disajikan... 😘
