This is the famous Nasi Padang from Indonesia. One of the wellknown culinary you can find all around the provinces in Indonesia. Basically, it is famous for its cheap price where with only Rp. 10.000 you can get a delicious nasi padang + fried chicken + side dishes + sambal (chilli paste) for lunch.
