Happiness is something abstract. There’s no point progression sure how to know the level of happiness someone. Sometimes, people we suppose happy, it was not happy to his life.

**1. Take time out for yourself **
Even though you are very busy, take was time to do things that you love. Good hobbies, chatting with friends, or even just listening to music. It is very important to make a mental health you’re awake and stay positive.
