Seperti halnya senam sehat atau senam klosal yang rutin dilakukan oleh BPJS kusus bagi peserta JKN-KIS, senam klosal itu sebagai salah satu pencegahan penyakit kronis dan selain itu dapat menjaga kesehatan lewat olah fisik.

Senam klosal itu serentak dilkukan seluruh Kantor BPJS se Indonesia.
