I'd like to know too and why I can sometimes upvote 0.01 on a comment but 0.00 on a blog. I'm still way lost. Thanks.

Downvoting a post can decrease pending rewards and make it less visible. Common reasons:

  • Disagreement on rewards
  • Fraud or plagiarism
  • Hate speech or trolling
  • Miscategorized content or spam
