Google is losing a "artificial intelligence" contract with the Pentagon

Google will not renew a contract with the Pentagon that provides artificial intelligence algorithms for the company to interpret video recordings and improve targeting of drone attacks, media reports said on Friday.

Diane Greene, president on Google's bird on business, has instructed employees not in accordance with renew the deal, who runs 18 months since the stop over 2019, now the modern-day provision expires.

The so-called Mayfin project has angered Google employees, including many who have resigned and thousands of others who have signed a petition demanding that Chief Executive Sander Bechai cancel the project and devise a policy that would abandon the use of Google technology in wars.
