MAMMOTH SKELETON SELLS FOR $645,000 AT FRENCH AUCTION

The nearly intact skeleton of a woolly mammoth that lived at least 10,000 years ago sold at auction. The mammoth skeleton was at least 10 feet height and weighed about 3000 pounds. Woolly mammoth were commonly most herbivores in America and Siberia but due to hunting become nonentity so far.
