Shakuntala Devi ventured to the far corners of the planet showing her number juggling abilities, including a voyage through Europe in 1950 and an execution in New York City in 1976. In 1988, she made a trip to the US to have her capacities contemplated by Arthur Jensen, a teacher of brain research at the University of California, Berkeley. Jensen tried her execution of a few errands, including the count of expansive numbers. On 18 June 1980, she showed the augmentation of two 13-digit numbers—7,686,369,774,870 × 2,465,099,745,779—picked indiscriminately by the Computer Department of Imperial College London. She accurately addressed 18,947,668,177,995,426,462,773,730 of every 28 seconds. This occasion was recorded in the 1982 Guinness Book of Records. Essayist Steven Smith stated, "the outcome is so far better than anything already detailed that it must be depicted as mind blowing".
