Well, Mark Twain would have retracted his statement if he were to be aware of the level of weather manipulation, and the scale of the Geoengineering behemoth in action today. That is precisely what I am trying to shine a light on, and deconstruct the machinations of, in this series on Geoengineering. Let's do a brief recap of this series so far, shall we?

In Post 2 of this series, we looked at the basic component of weather manipulation and geoengineering, namely "global sequential in-place water vapor generation system". Pictures, videos and working principle of cooling towers/WSACs were presented as smoking gun proof of cooling towers and WSACs being pivotal in releasing an enormous amount of water vapor (capacity range 15.2 Billion-588 Billion gallon/hour in the USA alone) that can create clouds, hurricanes, flash floods.

In Post 3 of this series, we looked at the second pivotal pillar of Geoengineering - the frequency grid. We looked at how the weather monitoring RADAR systems (NEXRAD/Doppler RADAR) is being utilized to create the frequency grid which then acts on nano heavy-metal particles in chemtrails to be frequency activated. This results in daily observable weather phenomena like Gravity waves in clouds, plasma generation in the ionosphere (AIM), Polar vortex sliding down south and artificial ice nucleation. We also established the array of NEXRAD/Doppler radar as the origin of this frequency grid, and not HAARP, as commonly believed. Although it is critical to mention here that HAARP like facilities around the world were indeed the pioneers of the frequency grid deployed in form of NEXRAD/Doppler weather RADARs to manipulate weather.

Chemtrail is indeed the most visible aspect of Geoengineering, for one simple reason – its up there in the blue sky for everyone to see. That is also the reason why this aspect of Geoengineering is most widely known and discussed, while the other two pivotal pillars stay obscure, even within the veterans of the truth/activist community. So let's take a look at some of the most compelling Chemtrail pictures on the internet that have been documented over the years-

I’ll give you 5 more reasons why Chemtrails are not contrails-

1. Visibility of trails on satellite photos: The mass/volume of water vapor contained in a contrail would be tiny and certainly would not be visible on sat imagery, from 150 miles up in space. However as astronaut Jeff Challender observes, we can see it on many satellite photos.

2. Trail Persistence Duration: Trails from aircrafts should never persist for more than 2 minutes, as has been estimated from observable trails over various parts of the world, even in ideal atmospheric conditions – RH > 72%. On the other hand, a Chemtrail doesn’t “billow”, it forms, spreads out into a thin “sheet” or “layer, and then fades out into a white haze.

3. Irregular pattern of appearance: The frequency of appearance of trails does not bear any noticeable relationship to the frequency of Civilian air traffic. Had these been contrails from jets, there would 100% be a positive correlation.

4. Frequency of trails at any given time: It is certainly unlikely to have such a high number of civilian or military jets over any given area at a given time, as seen from the ground as chemtrails. Another interesting observation is that heavy chemtrailing is often interspersed with no spraying days, which begs the question- were there no passenger jets on that place that day?

5. Broken trails: It is frequently observed that the chemtrails have inconsistencies or breaks in them. If it indeed were of contrail origin, a break would definitely suggest that the engine was shut down for the duration of the break, which defies logic and standard operating procedure.

Now that we have established compelling evidence as to the existence of chemtrails and their inherent difference from the benign contrails, lets take a look at the brief history of chemtrails. This exercise will also help us establish the case for its existence once we see that programs uncannily similar in nature and secrecy to chemtrails, have already been successfully carried out under different pretexts (never has the real purpose been officially acknowledged in these projects):

• US airforce creating Smokescreen via aircraft spraying – 1923
  

Project Cirrus – 1946-1957: Project Cirrus was the first attempt to modify a hurricane. It was a collaboration of the General Electric Corporation, the US Army Signal Corps, the Office of Naval Research, and the US Air Force.

After several preparations, and initial skepticism by government scientists, the first attempt to modify a hurricane began on October 13, 1947 on a hurricane that was heading west to east and out to sea. An airplane flew along the rainbands of the hurricane, and dropped nearly 80 pounds (36 kilograms) of crushed dry ice into the clouds.
The crew reported “Pronounced modification of the cloud deck seeded”. It is not known if that was due to the seeding. Next, the hurricane changed direction and made landfall near Savannah, Georgia. The public blamed the seeding, and Irving Langmuir claimed that the reversal had been caused by human intervention.

• Project Cumulus- 1949-1955: Codenamed "Operation Witch Doctor", this was a UK government initiative to investigate weather manipulation, in particular through cloud seeding experiments, which resulted in the disastrous flood in the Devon village of Lynmouth. Thirty-five people died as a torrent of 90m tons of water and thousands of tons of rock poured off saturated Exmoor and into the village destroying homes, bridges, shops, and hotels.

The disaster was officially termed "the hand of God" but new evidence from previously classified government files suggests that a team of international scientists working with the RAF was experimenting with artificial rainmaking in southern Britain in the same week and could possibly be implicated.

• Project Skyfire – 1953-1967: Officially dubbed as a project aimed at Preventing Forest Fires with Cloud Seeding. Project Skyfire attempted lightning suppression by using millions of tiny metallic pins in order to seed the clouds, instead of dry ice or silver iodine. These were actually small pieces of foil oppositely charged at each end. This material is used today as a form of countermeasure for aircraft trying to evade enemy missiles or radar.

• Project Skywater- 1961-1988: Carried out under the official pretext -

to explore, develop and determine the feasibility of applying the technology of weather modification to meet the Nation’s increasing demand for clean water.

Skywater aimed to demonstrably prove that there was a practical basis for weather modification, as it was popularly called, in terms of cost-benefit and environmental sensibility. Reclamation’s Project Skywater was a cog in a larger wheel to address the need for an integrated program on artificial changes in the atmosphere. Reclamation concentrated studies and testing in the western states, principally in the upper Colorado River basin and along the Sierra Nevada in California, for the purposes of managing and mining water resources, as well as for national defense, public health, and technological development.

• Operation Ranch Hand- 1962-1971: Operation Ranch Hand was a defoliation program executed by the United States military, which involved spraying millions of gallons of herbicides, most notably Agent Orange, over areas of forest in Vietnam. The herbicides used were toxic, and later found to be associated with many health conditions and birth defects.

More than 10 years of U.S. chemical warfare in Vietnam exposed an estimated 2.1 to 4.8 million Vietnamese people to Agent Orange. More than 40 years on, the impact on their health has been staggering.

This dispersion of Agent Orange over a vast area of central and south Vietnam poisoned the soil, river systems, lakes and rice paddies of Vietnam, enabling toxic chemicals to enter the food chain.

• Project Stormfury – 1962-1983: Project Stormfury was an attempt to weaken tropical cyclones by flying aircraft into them and seeding with silver iodide. The project was run by the United States Government from 1962 to 1983.The hypothesis was that the silver iodide would cause supercooled water in the storm to freeze, disrupting the inner structure of the hurricane. This led to the seeding of several Atlantic hurricanes. However, it was later shown that this hypothesis was incorrect. In reality, it was determined most hurricanes do not contain enough supercooled water for cloud seeding to be effective. Additionally, researchers found that unseeded hurricanes often undergo the same structural changes that were expected from seeded hurricanes. This finding called Stormfury’s successes into question, as the changes reported now had a natural explanation

• Operation Popeye- 1966-1972: A highly classified US weather manipulation operation in Vietnam by seeding clouds to extend the monsoons on Ho Chi Min trail in support of U.S. government efforts related to the War in Southeast Asia.

The former U.S. Secretary of Defense, Robert S. McNamara, was aware that there might be objections raised by the international scientific community but said in a memo to the president that such objections had not in the past been a basis for prevention of military activities considered to be in the interests of U.S. national security.

• Project Cloverleaf- 1994 - Current: Project Cloverleaf is the Geoengineering project most relevant to the topic of this post - Chemtrails. It is a joint US-Canadian Military Operation involving distributing chemicals into the atmosphere above Canada and the United States. Both US military refueling tankers and thousands of planes in private corporate aviation are used.

The 'cart blanche' excuse to a project like this is SRM - Solar Radiation Management. In simple terms, the objective, as stated, is to achieve a reduction in global warming by global dimming, i.e increase the planet's albedo and decrease the amount of sunlight and heat reaching the earth, by doing what is called SAI - Stratospheric Aerosol Injection. As the name indicates, this operation is aimed at spraying thousands of tons of nano-sized heavy metals in the stratosphere as clearly outlined in the Hughes Aircraft PAtent # 5,003,186, " Stratospheric Welsbach seeding for reduction of Global Warming". The patent explicitly states-

One proposed solution to the problem of global warming involves the seeding of the atmosphere with metallic particles. One technique proposed to seed the metallic particles was to add the tiny particles to the fuel of jet airliners, so that the particles would be emitted from the jet engine exhaust while the airliner was at its cruising altitude. While this method would increase the reflection of visible light incident from space, the metallic particles would trap the long wavelength blackbody radiation released from the earth. This could result in net increase in global warming.

As the nuclear age was initiated under the cloak of stealth and deceit in the Manhattan project, so the electromagnetic age (more on this later) is being initiated under the guise of SRM. It is no surprise that the father of Manhattan Project, Edward Teller, recommended Project Cloverleaf (without naming it or admitting it already exists) in his article "The Planet needs a Sunscreen"-

One particularly attractive approach involves diminishing slightly--by about 1%--the amount of sunlight reaching the Earth's surface, in order to counteract any warming effect of greenhouse gases...Working with some of my colleagues, I've recently surveyed current technological prospects for doing this. We estimated the costs involved, and presented our results in August at the 22nd International Seminar on Planetary Emergencies. The most expensive such "geoengineering" option appears to be the one long ago proposed by Mr. Dyson, which may cost as much as $1 billion a year. More technologically advanced options along the same lines might cost $100 million.
..if the politics of global warming require that "something must be done" while we still don't know whether anything really needs to be done--let alone what exactly...Injecting sunlight-scattering particles into the stratosphere appears to be a promising approach. Why not do that?

The following excerpt from Elana Freeland's book "Chemtrails, HAARP, and the Full Spectrum Dominance of Planet Earth" clarifies the subject further -

So, all this information should be enough for us to conclude that:

1. The US, UK and Canadian airforce (Russia included) does have a past history of engaging in weather manipulation experiments, that were repeatedly denied by them in public
2. There is a body of established science, motif, and operational processes to execute a project like Chemtrail, even though it hasn't been admitted publicly
3. Weather manipulation has been perfected in iterative steps since 1923, and the evidence presented in post 1 and 2 of this series illustrates clearly how the Geoengineering behemoth is capable of creating weather events at will. Chemtrail is a pivotal pillar of the same.

What on Earth are they Spraying?

So, what is in those white chemtrail plumes that are becoming an increasingly common sight in skies across the world? The answer lies in the Welsbach patent we already discussed and from open source investigations on chemtrails since the release of the Michael Murphy documentary

The term 'Chemtrail' is a contraction of an aviation smog of 'Chemical Trails', first appeared in US Air Force Academy Chemistry 131 manual, to train cadets on Air Force aerosol programs.

As per the Welsbach patent, the most important constituents of chemtrails are -

1. Aluminum (Al) - Al accounts for most of the silvery white veiling our skies now. This is evident from the high amount of aluminum found in rainwater samples (2000 times the normal level recorded in Mt Shasta, California), rendering the pH of the soil at 7.4 instead of 5.6. Tremendously high amounts of aluminum have been found on the bark of dying trees in Hawai and California, on hair analyses of 3-year-old child in California, on snowfalls tested in Alberta, Canada and on HEPA filter tests.

Although there has been a disinformation initiative to project Sulfur as the main constituent of chemtrails, Al is preferred over sulfur because-

1. Al has 4 times the volumetric rate of sulfur
2. Al has 16 times less the coagulation rate of Sulfur

meaning it will spread much faster with much less coagulation than sulfur. Both these properties are of great importance in creating a sheet of cloud via spraying and Al is clearly more attractive to Geoengineers than Sulfur. Also, the fact that Al is white and sulfur is yellow, makes sulfur easier to notice, which isn't very attractive from a covert operational viewpoint.

Is Al harmless?

Absolutely not.

1. Al is a neurotoxin, and in nanosized particles, it is a leading cause of Alzheimer's, Parkinsons's and Lou Gehrig's disease. It dulls thinking and concentration, and produces memory loss and impaired coordination.
2. Absorbed into the GI tract in high quantities, Al can cause pulmonary disease and asthma.
3. Al binds with fluoride (think drinking water) to create aluminum fluoride that greatly increases fluoride toxicity.

2. Barium (Ba)- Ba is ionizable and a compound like Barium Stearate aids the radar/HAARP frequencies to create the scalar ducting needed over land. Helping activate the frequency grid and NEXRAD pulsed frequencies is probably the main reason why Ba nanoparticles are used in the chemtrails.

Harmful effects of Barium:

1. Ba suppresses the immune system by stripping selenium from the body, which helps immunity.
2. the soluble salts of Ba are toxic and causes arrhythmia, stomach irritation, brain impairment, liver damage.
3. Ba is more reflective than glass and does increase the greenhouse effect by reflecting earth's heat back, thus causing microwave type heating effects.

Why on Earth are they Spraying?

1. To create Cloud Condensation Nuclei (CCN) - In order for water vapor in the atmosphere to fall as rain, small particles are necessary for the vapor to condense on. These are called cloud seeds or CCN,and are usully 0.2 microns in size. Dust, sea salts and ash from fire anre good CCN occuring naturlly.
If there is an overabundance of particles in the atmosphere that is smaller than 0.2microns, it can significantly impede cloud formation and rain, as is the case with industrial pollution and burning of fossil fuels. In order for the Geoengineering apparatus to turn the massive water vapor generation into rain, huge amounts of CCN are required in the in atmosphere, at the specific place and time where the sequentil water vapor generation is occuring. Hence, the clockwork type operation of chemtrailing- hevy grid sprayng on some days and absolutely no spraying on other days, most likely in sync with water vapor generation sequence from WSACs/Power plants.

2.Frequency control- As discussed in post 2, frequency has very little effect on pure water vapor. In order to create controllable cloud systems, there must be present in the atmosphere, particles that are frequency controllable. The Welsbach nano sized heavy metals (Al,Ba & Sr) are not just good candidates for CCN, but they are active to NEXRAD frequency as well. The chemclouds, bound on the water vapor,and full of nano metal particles, can be acted upon by frequency and moved around as per the whims of the Geoengineers playing God and deriding Creation.

In this section, we limited the scope of "why are they spraying" only to the extent of Geoengineering. In future posts, I'll be analysing the ancilliary objectives of chemtrail spraying.

Stratospheric Aerosol Injection, or Chemtrails, are delivered mainly through millitary jets, commercial cargo carriers, UAVs and drones. Even passenger jets are chemtrailing these days!!

Debunking the Debunkers

Unsurprisingly, all of such hard hitting compelling evidence on chemtrails and Geoengineering has been debunked, under the same cart blanche nonsense - there are no chemtrails at all, those white lines are just contrails.
Most of the debunking on internet comes out of 2 psuedoscientific websites -

2. Contrail Science

Both these websites are run by the same guy - Mick West. Mick happened to be a retired computer gaming programmer, with no credentials whatsoever, and fails to even scratch the surface of the daily observable Geoengineering fingerprint captured for decades on satellite and RADAR imagery. I did analyse his rebuttal and all I found was him recategorizing the chemtrails as benign contrails made of ice and CO2 only. It is naivete at best and shilling at worse, and I will let the readers decide what to make of him. I am not sure if he is a paid shill, but he very well might be, and clearly has a disinformation/misinformation agenda.

"On Cloud 12"

Thanks to the International Cloud Atlas, 12 new clouds were added to the list of clouds in March,2017 !! Interesting to note this is the first update of the atlas in 30 years. Lets take a look at some of these new clouds -

So, how come we have new species of clouds in existence ? Mother nature feeling creative?

Mother Nature has nothing to do with these artificial "homomutatus clouds",these are purely of anthropogenic origin. And these are not some after effect of passing contrails, but carefully crafted using chemtrails and NEXRAD pulsed frequencies.

1. Volutus or Roll clouds- clearly a product of heterodyning NEXRAD frequencies on water vapor adhered to CCN in chemtrails. See post 2 for more detailson heterodyning.
   

2. Cavum/Hole punch cloud - highly likely the hole or cavum is created due to the angle of the RADAR dish (which cant affect directly overhead) acting on chemclouds and not by jets piercing through clouds. See post 2 for more details on RADAR dish angle.

1. Asperitas/wave clouds - Heterodyne gravity wves emanated from NEXRAD dual pol RADARs could not be any more evident than in these type of clouds.

I'll save my commentary on the remaining new cloud types for a future post. Make no mistake, Mother nature has nothing to do with this chemtrail condensed frequency activated symmetrical clouds. Nature doesnt draw in straight lines, remember?

IMO, this is a classic psyop tactic to legitimize the daily observable fingerprints of the ongoing illegitimate Geoengineering machine. The objective is to make such deliberate weather manipulation as the new normal, by altering the definition of normal. This tactic is described exactly in the '25 rules of disinformation' used by media in suppressing the truth via spreading disinformation.

22) Manufacture a new truth. Create your own expert(s), group(s), author(s), leader(s) or influence existing ones willing to forge new ground via scientific, investigative, or social research or testimony which concludes favorably. In this way, if you must actually address issues, you can do so authoritatively.

1. On Christmas Eve 2002 , a huge chemcloud was laid over Aigina, Greece. Contrary to US MSM, the Greek daily Ethnos published an article with the bold subheading "American aircrafts are spraying the atmosphere with chemicals with a view to creating artificial clouds as an antidote to the Greenhouse Effect. The article also had a photo of a parliamentarian asking " Who gave permissions for such spraying"? Clearly, this reporting stirred up public interest on the issue of chemtrails.

In this post, we looked at chemtrails being the third pivotal pillar of Geoengineering. We established compelling evidence of differences between contrail and chemtrails, looked at past history of US/UK/Canada millitary in carrying out covert weather manipulation projects, and how such projects iteratively gave way to project Cloverleaf- current chemtrail spraying operation. We analyzed what, why, and how of the chemtrail operations - spraying of nanoparticles of Al,Ba, and Sr to create CCN and render the clouds frequency active. We looked at which countries have the most chemtrailing and how the media/powers that shouldn't be, spins its disninfo on this topic. We ended with reviewing some popular legislative actions being taken in the Eurozone on this phenomena.
