@ann-narkeh, in order Steem to grow further, we need more newcomers to register with Steemit and we need the planktons to get more active, at least in my view.

I'm plankton and I feel a little inhibited by the etiquette recommendation not to be posting too frequently. I've been trying to keep it down to one or two original posts and one or two resteems. I understand and agree with the rationale for this, but are you saying we plankton should be going for it a bit more in terms of posting stuff? Or more in terms of other activity besides posting?
I've got absolutely tons of old content that I want to preserve on the blockchain, so would literally just be posting all day if it was acceptable to.
Regarding the need for more newcomers, maybe this Monday will be a good day for immigration to steemit.com ?
