I was serious - I use partiko to access steemit from my phone and there is no ability to downvote there. I see it now that I logged into steemit from the web.

        OH...lol... Yea, it's a major drawback of the platform, especially since hardfork 21 made it so the downvoter suffers no loss in steem, no matter how much he/she downvotes others.
