This is a mess, it will just make things less defined here. It also gives the tribe members special protections, but no one else.

I am not calling the situation 'positive' but the halfway decent aspect of what the 'supreme court' did is that now more people will be forced to come to terms with reality.
The Patriots account for maby 2% of the population
