Dr, Christ Martenson has offered a daily update on the latest info of the covid 19 virus. He brings a wealth of knowledge and has been an info warrior in recognizing early on the problems this virus brings.
I have been listening to Chris since the onset of this virus.
Today, he speaks of how the virus attacks both the ACE2 and CD147 receptor. There can be permanent damage to heart, lungs and liver if you get it. In addition, we think of the economic damage and how little is being done by government. The liner notes are below.
Take a listen. The video is 21 minutes in length.
A Second Route of Attack
The covid-19 virus, while incredibly tiny, continues to confound researchers with the myriad ways in which it can wreak havoc in the human body. Today's surprise is that the virus may have a completely second pathway, separate from targeting ACE2 receptors, for attack.
New research indicates that, similar to HIV, covid-19 compromises the immune system's T-cells and "turns off" their protective function, allowing the virus to replicate without interference.
And if that isn't unwelcome enough, a new study reports that numerous patients infected with covid-19 show damage well beyond just the lungs. Described as a "full body assault", notable damage to the heart, liver and other organs is also being observed. In short, you do NOT want to get this! Not if you can avoid it. So continue sheltering in place, social distancing, masks & hand washing & hygiene.
There are too many people reporting reinfection.
Thus we have to look for even more pathways.
This virus may just pave the way for a bacteria.
And thus, we are treating it completely wrong.
This virus may have several faces, and since the body only makes antibodies for one face, the others are still ignored.
Or something else even.
i have been totally recluse for much longer than the pandemic.
However, my roomies came home just when the virus was coming in america from Chinese, and after visiting their dying Chinese friend, came home with a wingdinger of a flu.
So... even though i avoided just about all people, i probably have had the Wuhan-flu
