A writ of Quo Warranto, is a document that is sent to elected officials, in which is making a demand or asking for disclosure of an incident. The document depicted on the left was intended to be used for full disclosure.

Why this matters to natural born citizens?

Why this matters stems from the fact "We the people vest..." We give our power to others to benefit us and protect us. Often, this power is abused. The examples of the abuse is so flagrant and occurs so often many are desensitized to the political issues of today.

One great example is Cuomo out in New York, wishes to remove firearms from police officers and Sheriff's. Only permitting state police to use firearms in line of duty. Writ Quo Warranto, is then used to inhibit these actions.

We the people

We the people have vested power into all forms of government*. Some may say, that was 200 yrs ago, chap. Some will deny it. Others are curious about it.

• government: a body comprised of all levels of civilians aimed to protect and benefit the people.

If we the people actually started sending these to elected officials, let's say to Ken Paxton Jr, Maxine Waters, or to Elizabeth Warren (who wants 50% tax). While ordering them to vacate the office, do you think they would vacate the office? Do you think they would fight it?

Contrary to the matter, the other side of the warranto is what instills fear into elected officials. Facing an unified grand jury, consisted of people. The intention of this unified grand jury would be to indict any individual that has been seen as corrupt or breaking the law of the land. This is what scares them.

Would Ken Paxton still be kicking in doors and stealing children? Probably not. Would Maxine Waters start caring about representing her constituents concerns like streets and sidewalks covered in feces? Probably. Would Elizabeth Warren, stop singing the tune of exorbitant and unjust taxation? Probably.

An indictment or forced removal of office would instill fear and accountobility.

This is not a partisan issue. I need to make this clear. This is the degradation of dignified conduct. Or hatred. We need to start challenging these hacks on every front. To protect our children and our families. To secure our freedom, and restore the function of government.

Have you noticed that the amount of income that is disposable continues to shrink, while its becoming increasingly more difficult to obey all the laws passed?

What about all the rights you and family surrender under the guise of protection?

In closing, we need to hold our "leaders" accountable for their actions. This is not an United States of america deal, writ of quo warranto can be implemented anywhere that acknowledges common law (US, CANADA,UK, Austrailia, etc)
