Today we will only be focusing on two of Uncle Sams streams of income. We may or may not discuss whom is exempt from being apart of Uncle Sams income.

Looking at 26 U.S. Code § 3121, we see jurisdiction outlined in a definition of State.

State: The term “State” includes the District of Columbia, the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico, the Virgin Islands, Guam, and American Samoa.

In order for a Federal body to have jurisdiction (or exercise authority) over Union States it must be included in the definition. This is always the case with every Federal "law." The legislator only has authority to exercise over Federal Lands. So, taxes only apply to those statutory citizens.

We dont all live in DC or some Federal Land, so I'll explain further how states surrender (or consent) to taxation.

Excising Your Enjoyment

If one begins to wonder, the reason behind the emphasis on enjoyment is because of excise taxes. Excise tax is a tax that is imposed on; cigarettes, gasoline, insurance premiums, and other products or services that fall under entertainment.

There is no wonder, now in my mind why many partake in activities that would be labeled entertainment. (Entertainment dominates the social culture in our nation.) Usually, this tax is included in product or service. So, looking at all of this it should be apparent that there is a good valid reason, why this is the case (more money obviously).

The states also participate in Social Security* as well as the Affordable Care Act. Now what this does is push Federal Jurisdiction down to states as they accept terms and participate in this whole setup.

Security is defined in 26 U.S. Code § 3121 as:
Security: certificate of indebtedness issued by government.

Social: relating to society or its organization, needing companionship and therefore best suited to living in communities.

So societal indebtedness to the Federal gov.

Let me ask you a real question. Whom do you fear more? Your government or The Omnipresent? Be honest. I laid in my bed thinking this, whom do I fear more? Its not the government, for they are crooked. They turn and twist things so that only very few that possess the knowledge ever become untouchable. Dont believe what I am saying? Even Donal Trump (love him or hate him) stated during his campaign "the system is rigged, it is unfair, normal people dont get it....its soooo unfair."

Understand, that the power of taxation is moot. Most of our income goes to taxes.. But people continue to voluntarily report their income and send sizeable gifts to this agency...

We already know:

1. US GOV cannot sue on behalf of itself in court
2. IRS is a civil service role and cannot sue
3. Taxation is confined to a small geographic area (jurisdiction)
4. Taxation is on a seperate partition when it comes to being signed into positive law.

Yet, Federal employees are not subject to taxation... only those outside that work for private companies.

If you rescinded your social security today, would you be able to live off your performance of savings?

Do you believe the government can outperform you?

Does the government guarantee what your paying today will be proportionally equal when its paid out?

I encourage you to think cautiously, none of social security is positive law. None. The legislator has already dipped into these funds to bail out TAARP program which has yet to be repaid.

So when you see political rejects on television or in papers promising to lower taxes.. remember lowering taxes is just a conversational subject. There should be absolutely no taxation. This is all a lie, which I have demonstrated.

Why is this imperative to you? For if you accept statutory law, you willfully put yourself UNDER the rule of the corrupted legislator. Whatever you do, its your decision.
