ANY person can claim you are a danger. You have NO recourse, hey come and take your guns, and MAYBE give them back a year later.
This is blatantly un Constitutional, and can NEVER be allowed!
You are guilty, the second that paperwork is done. You can NOT face your accuser, they will not even tell you who it is!If your neighbor does not like you, they can do this, and there is Nothing you can do to fix it!
It is a financial burden (they do Not provide a lawyer) and can destroy your right to have guns forever!

It is law already in family court. They do this right now! They just hope to expand this French Law to more areas. It is Un Constitutional, but they DO it today!

True in most states now. They made a court system outside the normal system, so they could do bad things unrestricted by inconvenient Constitutional Laws.
