        No, steemit is not associated. They are Asian, but It seems to be a mix of countries of origin. They provide bios on their website.

          But you can't check anything out until you register can you? and then if you registere without doing anything they kick you off, at least that's the rudeness I heard about. you probably wouln't notice because you're used to people being rude to you being the Bigfoot creature that you are.
