They do, but they will take direct action over abuse, so it is done sparingly, for real reasons, not to censor. Since the risk is real, abuse is dangerous. No Ceeeta bot there either, LOL!

They have removed the obvious problems, but kept the core of the system. I expect them to do well, as a result.

Not exclusively, all of them welcome 3rd party apps, in fact, discord runs weku too. I like steemit, but they all do that, so it is no longer that special. Or maybe just weku copied that too? I have not sampled them all....
